It’s back bigger and better then ever. Girls rock 2011 was so much fun that I am offering it again this year. One day that is filled with all things that girls need to feel amazing and tackle the challenges that teens/tweens face. My goal is to in one day offer skills that they can use for their lifetimes.
The day is packed full with esteem building activities, photography games, makeup application, scavenger hunts, a mini photosession with me :), pizza lunch, t-shirts and so much more.
I am delighted to welcome back Sonia from Safe Futures Canada to guide the girls through the obstacle course of self esteem and bullying as well as welcome Sue Brundle, personal trainer, who is busy designing some crazy activities to inspire and encourage the girls to feel amazing about themselves physically and challenge them to live an active life. (Let’s face it – Sue will be faced with a wall of inspired Girl energy and her job is to burn it off! Good luck Sue 😉
