There is a saying around this area – there is always a wind and it is always a head wind. It is always true – especially when you are going out for a run. 😉 It was definitely true when I went to photograph this family. We had our beautiful long gorgeous summer and this day…. this day …. the winds decided to come on full force requiring quick location changes and multiple hair repairs. (Do you think it was photographers who pushed for the 80’s helmet head look …. now that was hair that did not move in a hurricane!) NO helmet head’s here just a beautiful smiling family enjoying the summers’ day.
We actually ran out of time during this one due to the weather challenges and will be finishing the second half of the session this fall but I think what was captured turned out well. 🙂
I have been photographing this amazing family for many years. This year the extended family came along with the goal of photographing Proud grandma with her clan. 🙂 So much to be proud of – these kids are amazing – adult kids and kid kids. (But I only included the kid photos because lets face it they really are the ones that Grandma wants to see 😉
